The revolutionary new Bilge Level Monitor was the world's first totally solid state level sensing device which supersedes all other systems for reliability, repeatability and security in the bilges of all sizes and types of sea going vessels. It is 100% solid state, therefore problems associated with traditional mechanical switches, mercury switches, exposed electrode and pressure sensing systems are completely eliminated.

This digital water level detector and pump activator works without spark contacts or any mechanical operations. The unit is totally encapsulated with no part of the workings coming in contact with the liquid being controlled. It simply detects the rising at one level and activates a pump when a preset upper level is reached. The pump will continue to run until the liquid has returned to the lower level. The detector can be used with most fluids and acids usually encountered in boat bilges, with no long term effect on the accuracy or operation of the instrument. The operation is unaffected by an environment contaminated with dirt, grease. There is no oxidization of any component, pacification or electrolysis. When installed correctly, this device helps keep our harbours, rivers, and oceans clean. It can tell the difference between diesel and water! Do your bit to help the environment.

The detector controls pump motors up to 10 Amps DC running current and any size motor by activating through a remotely located relay or solenoid. On special applications the unit can be programmed to activate other emergency pumps if the primary pumps fail to cope with the rising liquid. LED indicator panels are available to indicate activation in multiple installations.
